Q: How do I place my first order?
A: Send us an inquiry by clicking here. Be sure to fill out the form with your complete address to ensure quicker service.
Register for a wholesale account by clicking here. At this point, you will not be able to order and will be met with the following page:
We will send you an email containing wholesale information. Once the inquiry is approved, we will switch your account status so that you are able to place your first order. At this point, you will be able to see all products and customized wholesale pricing.

Q: My pricing is incorrect?
A: Please email us a screenshot of the pricing that is currently available to you and we will update your account.
Q: How can I revise my order?
A: If you have placed an order and would like to edit it, please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the order number and revised order quantities. We will be able to edit the order for you as long as it has not yet been paid for. If the order has been paid, simply place an additional order.
Q: How can I get a sample pack?
A: Sample packs are free for businesses currently in operation. Please contact us for a free promo code :)
